Make Up With Your Circle Lens

You now bought your circle lens, but now what? How can you put on makeup and accentuate your eyes wearing circle lenses at the time you may ask. In this article, I will give you a few pointers on how to put makeup that goes well with your circle lenses using a simple makeup technique.

The type of makeup that goes well with circle lenses primarily depend on what kind of lens you have purchased. The color can be a prime example of this. For a brighter colored lens, I like to neutralize the color with more of a subtle eye shadow, or plain eyeliner. This helps balance out the effects of the lenses. If you purchased a bigger diameter lens, your approach might be different altogether which ultimately depends on what type of style you want to portray.

One of the most basic procedures that go well with almost all circle lenses is by doing a typical smokey eye look. There are different types of smokey eye, and you may automatically think sultry eyeshadow, winged eyeliner, and tons of black liner on the waterline. But the thing is the smokey eye isn’t just limited to a certain type of look, or color, or even the technique of how it was executed. It can be very natural looking, or as dynamic as you want it to be. For starters, a smokey eye look is made of three different colors for different purposes. The first color is usually white or a cream; in most cases a shimmer texture is preferred with this method. This goes on the entire eye lid. Then, a matte brown eye shadow goes on the creases to create more depth to the eyes. The next step is to put a matte black eye shadow on the outer third of the lid to create the smoky effect. The key tip to creating a beautiful smokey eye is to BLEND BLEND BLEND! A smokey eye won’t be as fabulous with harsh lines that distract attention to those creases. You definitely have to learn to blend the colors in a way where you could see each individual color and at the same time, not notice it. With a fluffy brush, begin to blend until it gives that distinctive look. This may take some practice, but try to think of this as an art project where you would color the picture, and add shadings to it. You basically want to blend the colors carefully. Then after all that, you may proceed with whatever winged liner you desire. You may make it to be as simple and nature, or as dramatic as you want it depending on your circle lens.

Using this technique, you can emphasize attention towards your eyes without overdoing your make up. The smokey eye can be a fun way to emphasize attention towards your eyes, and give it a different look. Having a good balance with makeup and circle lenses can be an exciting way to promote a different you.
